INGREDIENTS:
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda
-1 1/2 cups butter, softened
-1 1/4 cups white sugar
-1/4 cups packed brown sugar
-2 eggs
-1 tablespoon vanilla extract
-2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
-1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:

Directions:
- Preheat it in the oven in 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Sift together the all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking powder and baking soda; set it aside.
- Put the cream together with the butter, white sugar and brown sugar and stop when it is already smooth.
- Beat the eggs put it with the vanilla, blend it well.
- Stir in the flour.
- Put in the chocolate chips by using a spoon, Put in the optional mixture like walnut,raisin,etc.
- Form the cookies in round shapes
- Put it in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes , get it when color of the edges are light brown.
- Let the cookies cool
